Tiger Woods will enter a diversion program in October as part of a plea deal stemming from his May DUI arrest in in Palm Beach County, Florida. The Associated Press reports that during a Wednesday court appearance, Woods’ lawyers entered a not guilty plea on his behalf. As part of his deal, charges will be dropped against him as long as he meets certain conditions. Back in May, the golf star was found asleep in his car, allegedly due to a combination of a prescription painkiller and an anti-insomnia drug.
